I've been on 9 cruises that were scheduled to stop at GSC.

 

Only one that missed was due to the ship's azipod issues, not the sea conditions.

Epic March 2017 No

Escape March 2018 I hope it's a yes!

We cruised the weeks of:

Norwegian Dawn 9-25-05

Norwegian Jewel 10-15-11

Norwegian Breakaway 10-5-14

Norwegian Breakaway 12-15-17

with Great Stirrup Cay in the itinerary and made it there every time.

Calm seas every time. Mother nature is unpredictable.

We are 7 for 7 to GSC,,, including a couple of days before the hurricanes hit last fall.

admittedly I thought the tender was slow and choppy, not perfectly calm sea I anticipated.

Yes, the water was so calm that the tenders took many many passengers on Mar 15 2018. My hubby and daughter went for a second snorkeling swim while on GSC and received several of stinging red marks on their arms from what we guess are loose jelly fish tentacles. I snorkeled only once and no stinging happened to me.
