I am on Serenade now - boarded 3/19. CL conceirge is Andres Villarreal (correct spelling) and DL conceirge is Bertie Almeida.

GR info is correct.

My question was who Concierge was on AN I knew it was not Luara Baksa sorry for the confusion.

Updates on IN & SY from one of my partners sailing on IN

Jennie Pasemba leaves IN at the end of this cruise -- today -- -April 3. She’s home for 4 weeks then to Symphony to replace Jackie and be the 4th on the team. She will be in the DL.

Mihee is in IN's DL.

On Freedom Geslini Araujo Castro now in CL and Junior Allen is in the DL

Also, Bertie Almeda is now in Serenade DL for 2 months and will return to Brilliance DL for 2 months following his SR rotation.

Enchantment info needs updating. (We got off ship yesterday). William Camargo is in the CL. Perla Francisco in the DL left for vacation yesterday and someone named Eunice from Guess Services has been training to replace Perla. And PS - evening temps in CL were quite warm...sun coming in. No views to speak of - windows overlook the top of the canopy of the Solarium. Small CL. Went to the DL seeking cooler evening temps. More space and not terribly crowded.

I haven't gotten information on EX Concierges for many months. Could someone who has recently sailed on the ship please post about who the Concierges are and which lounges they are in.

In January we had Willie Salaya

Amit told me that he will go on vacation August 21 and Bertie will be his replacement. He will return to Brilliance the end of September and go into the Diamond lounge for 1 and one half months. He will then move back to the Concierge lounge mid November until the end of February.

Spoke with Nancy Chu in the Concierge Lounge and she is now leaving for vacation on Sunday, April 29th and returning July 1st. Dexter Fraser returns Sunday, April 29th.
