Mariner update : Yin Tao ( goes by Tao) is still in the Concierge Lounge

and Grecia Guillen is in the Diamond Lounge. Neither of them will

be on the Mariner once it comes to the States. They don't know who

will be assigned to the ship.

Excellent concierge, one of the best we've ever had.

 

By the way, I think he left for vacation a week or two ago.

We had Sucel once several years ago, I forget which ship. Very personable and willing to help.

She is great. Very quiet but friendly and always willing to assist! Miss Reyno and his special martinis though!

I just got an email from Carlington Berry for Liberty suite concierge. I thought Jorge was onboard in suite lounge. Anyone know the intel?

They alternate between the CL and SL. When Jorge came back from vacation he went to the DL and Carlington moved to the Suite Lounge

From one of my CC friends currently on Radiance (Trans Pacific)

Juan Diego (Diamond Lounge Concierge) left the ship in Sydney because of a medical issue and plans to return to the Radiance in HNL. In the meanwhile they had someone named Luciano Santos for the first few days of the cruise and now Ken Degrace who is in the "acting" position until JD returns.
