LB Liberty- (Concierge)-Carlos Ortiz till Feb 2014

-(Diamond )Oana Papa until 4-21-14

 

I'm confused by this. Any updates for the Liberty concierge? This says until Feb 2014, but I'm wondering about April 2014. Thanks for any info.

That Feb 2014 was, I believe, pertaining to when Oana was in the CL for Carlos. When he came back she moved back into the DL which she is leaving on 4/21. I do not know when Carlos is scheduled to go on vacation.

I tried to email the the concierge on the grandeur a question using the following: GR_Concierge@rccl.com. The email keeps getting bounced back to me saying no one with that email address. Can anyone help?

 

On that ship it is -

GR_SuitesConcierge@rccl.com

 

With the underscore after GR

 

Do the address the same way for Rhapsody.

 

Or substitute diamond for suites if trying to contact the other concierge.

he underscore is only between the ship's initials and the concierge . Do not underline the entire address.

 

The whole thing shows up underlined because it's an active link. People can just click it and it will open up their email program pre-addressed.

We will be on the SOS next week for two weeks. Does anyone know who will in the CL then. Hopefully Mario will not leave until we do!

 

 

 

Also, we were on the Nav in Feb. and Nadja was very nice, as was Ricardo. They both made an effort to greet you you by name and were very helpful. Sometimes, the offended person is just naturally that way, so " bless their hearts." :p;)

Ricardo was our Concierge on two cruises and we can't wait to see him on the 20th. We adore him. He's kind and attentive and genuine.

What do people email the concierge about? I don't need to know any personal info; I just wondered what things a concierge can help you with pre-cruise.

 

Reservations.

 

specialty restaurants, spa, cabana.

We've been invited to sailaway reception in a friend's Owner's Suite. This was set up in advance via email with the Concierge.

I wrote Ricardo, the NV concierge, the other day, and he wrote back within 24 hours.

I emailed Raj on the Independence on Monday, I had an email back yesterday but he must be on leave as it was from Nizar Laatiri.
