No Escargot on Voyager Last Week

Cruise News Daily reported yesterday that the Escargot shortage is easing so hope I will have them on my next cruise -- Jewel of the Seas in December.

On our Celebrity cruise in April, escargot were not available. We were told the same thing: worldwide shortage.

You must have some strong shelves....I would put an armed guard on those cans on your shelf.....those "Diamonds" feel entitled and could take 'em........you know they are "Diamond"......:D

Just got off FOS 7/15-7/22 and no escargot. I wish our server would have explained the shortage and might have felt better about losing one of my favorite appetizers.

Woody.......it may take a bit of time before we see the return of escargot. RCCL has promissed as soon as they can get a continuing supply, they will be back on the menu!!

Just waiting on late departure from Liberty in Barcelona and we had escargot this week. Also, escargot are available all throughout France, no worldwide shortage there.
