Still no Pinnacle 2013 dates !

We are on a holiday cruise on the beautiful and elegant Statendam which goes into the first week of January 2013. We like to reserve and pay for Pinnacle ahead of time - and the first week of 2013 STILL isnt loaded in HALs system. I called ship services and they say wait until Fall - come on HAL lets get with it at least load up the first quarter of 2013 some of us planners like to have things in order! ok I feel better now......

That explains why I couldn't make a Pinnacle reservation for my June cruise. I didn't realize it was the entire year that was missing.

I'm afraid we all have to wait. We planners can't book anything for May 2013 either;);)

Well I dont see how HAL doesnt know that if we actually put deposits down on cruises months ahead, why in the world wouldnt we want to make dinner purchases just as early. Isnt it tough being so anal retentive???? Oh well...at least Ive been able to do the land excursions....As you say guess we are all in the same situation (I was gonna say boat but that didnt sound right) -

Nothing for March 2013 either. Called ship services -- told me "too early." Yet of course shore excursions are available...

I called for my cruise and they said that they will post it 90 days before cruising.

What is annoying for me is that the cruise we are booked on goes the last week of 2012 and the first week of 2013 - So the dates in 2012 have been available since we originally booked! The second week is painfully missing from the dropdown.

That is strange.

I know that in the past I have been able to book reservations for the Pinnacle at least 6 months in advance.

Wonder if HAL is changing the rules -- again.

I wish HAL would develop some type of consistency with its policies.

 

Too many changes every few months.
