Cruise Toes - which polish?

I'm debating between these two colors for my upcoming cruise Down Under. I love the red - reminds me of Dorothy's ruby slippers! The sparkly gray is totally outside my comfort zone, but I love it too. Most of my formal wear is black flowy pants with sparkly tops (white, cream, gray/silver, red) and silver sandals. The gray polish is really more creamy cooler gray than the photo. Thanks for your input.

If you could put another coat on, it would be easier to decide as the photo doesn't show good coverage of either.

 

The red looks Burgundy and the grey more mushroom so hard to tell and give an honest opinion.

 

What else would help is the toes in the sandals too.

The red is more in the burgundy family - with sparkles. The gray didn't photograph well. It's Orly Mirror Mirror with a topcoat of a clear sparkly polish. I'll add coats and redo the photos (with the sandals - good idea)

Just the clear with sparkles. Fingernail polish chips within days on me. My nails bend very easily - nail polish doesn't!

I like both for different reasons. Red is a good standby. if you want to be unique go with the grey but double up on the top sparkles coat...IMHO

I love the red by far. Plus, red looks great against a tan, compared to grey, which can really wash you out. Just my friendly opinion. :)

I like them both. The gray kind of blends in with the sandals. The red makes a statement. I think from what you have described, I would opt for the RED.

I'll probably go with red because it is safe! Part of me really wants to color outside the lines and go with gray. I'd love either one with the other used to put a design on, but I'm a major klutz!

Red! The grey looks kind of like your toenails are bruised or something. And, I'm not sure how it would look with other outfits and shoes.
