NFL Football shown on ship?

If you are on the Indy, you will be in your element, they now have a sports bar where the photo gallery used to be outside the casino, it has 42 large flat screens showing whatever sports that are on at that time, they showed the World Cup whilst we were on in July and we are on the Adventure of the Seas at the moment and they showed 3 NFL matches yesterday and have 2 more tonight, so cannot see why Indy won’t be showing them

Either you were lucky--or we were not lucky, because that has not been our experience.

DH tried to find an NFL game on the Radiance--no dice. DH was very disappointed during finals of March Madness.

If you are not sailing from a north american port, the NFL is less important. Although we had many NFL games out of Southampton.

But, did DH try your cabin? It's hit or miss outside of your cabin.

Planning to watch the Super Bowl in On-Air on Oasis in February!! Go Colts!! Cheers!!

We were watching a football game in there one night when the shut it off because karaoke was scheduled in there at 11pm.

Don't know how often that happens but happened on our cruise.

On the Allure the sports bar sat empty except for 2 patrons when we cruised on her. They said they had no way to change what was on. They were showing a rerun of an old world series game.

They had the NFL game on in the pub across the way so no harm no foul as long as we got to see the game.

Decision as to where it was shown was kind of odd but I don't make the decisions on the ship. lol

If the Colts were playing, I'd have definitely been upset but maybe not as upset as my bff would! She is an Eagles fan by the way and I, for one, would not get in her way if she became upset! So, how upset were you and what did you say? Hopefully, that wasn't the SB when the Eagles won?!!!!

Probably not since it was a late game.

Not too upset. Game had about 6 minutes or so left and Eagles had looked horrible and wound up losing 27-13. This was in 2016.

We hung around for karaoke and really enjoyed it and went every night for the rest of the week after that so it wasn't a bad thing at all.

Last year the Eagles played the Redskins and we got to see the whole game in the pub and this year while we are on the Jewel of the Seas the Eagles will be on playing the Cowgirls.

Last cruise in January during the playoffs on the Liberty they had games on every tv in the Ice Rink area, I think there are about 20 TV's in there. They also projected them on a big screen at the end of the rik. Was pretty nice. A bar was right outside the door too.

We were on Oasis last year for the super bowl. They had a party in studio b with a buffet of nachos, wings, hot dogs, cake...The bar was open to purchase drinks and they played the game on the big screen. Great time was had by all!

Fortunately, the Eagles have a bye during our November 4 cruise on the Adventure, or we would all be quite unhappy to be missing one of our games! Won't stop us from flaunting all that super bowl attire we feverishly bought! ;)

I'll have my Wentz jersey packed for our cruise.

Last year we were watching the Eagles Redskins game and a Redskins fan got quite upset with us and got a little nasty. LOL

Don't get me started on this one. We sailed the Serenade out of New Orleans in 2014 during the playoffs. Told us we could watch the game in the Pub near the Casino and watch was the key word. They had the sound turned off so the guy with the guitar could perform.

Now mind you, not regular season with 10-ish games and maybe your team's the one they show. This was the Divisional playoff weekend. One game at a time being shown.

After that episode I have my expectations VERY low for NFL on the ship.
