OMG so many of these dishes (and I'm still on page 1) look better than what I had in Aqua Class! I'm glad to be in a C3 on my next cruise. Short rib lasagna, wow that sounds amazing.

Creme Brulee is my favourite dessert too....and I'm lamenting those yummy escargot (had them every single dinner on my Summit cruise). Do you think they be back on the menu soon?
