Favorite Port?

What is your favorite port?

Mine is Cozumel. It's a small inexpensive island, people are friendly and no matter what we have done, we always have a great time.

Montego Bay, Jamaica. So much culture. Not touristy. It's such a great experience, one that I hope you have the chance to take.

Ocho Rios. Great tours, great food, great music, great scenery, friendly people. Sure the vendors are pushy but have you ever been to an Arab country?

Went there once on Royal and had a blast. Great seafood.

Bermuda for now but doing our first European cruise next year so that is subject to change

I love every port we visit...except for Freeport.

 

Favorite would have to be St. Lucia. I sure wish Carnival would go to St. Lucia from Florida and not have to fly to San Juan. Guess I will have to go on a different cruiseline to get to go back to St. Lucia.

My best single visit has still been Roatan, which was so spectacular! St. Maarten & St. Thomas are 2 that I could visit hundreds of times and still love just as much as ever.

We love Grand Cayman...I could swim with the rays each and every time I go back! Beautiful water and great people here...

We have been to fifteen different ports, some several times and we really don't have any favorites. They were all enjoyable and would do any of them again.

They're all wonderful. We adore the Mediterranean ports there are so interesting, beautiful and iconic places to visit. The Caribbean is pretty visit and convenient to sail from New York, but, Europe is our favorite cruise destination.

St. Maarten and Rome - both deserve far more than the few hours a cruise port call gives, so you need to stay a few days - especially in Rome - Worth a week before a T/A.
