Lucky you, congrats. We were on Adventure last year and loved it, booked again for Sept in the Med. Just a regular balcony for us though, we've booked the same cabin so at least we know what to expect, look forward to your photos

you will receive a bottle of champagne and fresh flowers when you board. Any officer may escort you on, cutting lines for you. I've been escorted on by the Guest Services manager and a suite guest concierge, it depends on who is available. Other than that your gold card will get you the same thing other suite guests get, there is no Royal Suite only seating in the theatre or by the pool!

Hi Robyn!

That's so cool, congrats!!! Will anxiously await your review and photos. On our last cruise we were guests to the Royal Suite on the Freedom. They let us wander around and take photos. This couple booked the cabin once a month on Freedom. They would invite other suite guests to a small party with a 3-piece band, appetizers and drinks. It was wonderful! Enjoy you deserve it!

Not meant to hijack but yes-lets talk Dede for a sec. I remember on day one she came by our stateroom just to introduce herself and ask if she could do anything. She did this shortly after the rooms were open. Not prior to that or after has that ever happened again. She was just so nice.

Can not wait for the pics Robyn. Enjoy it!!

Robyn, could you purchase a crown and post a picture of you, in the hot tub, with your crown? You are the queen and such a big supporter of Royal. Gave Tom your best wishes and he sends them back to you double.

As I recall. the AD RS bathroom had: a giant jacuzzi tub, and gigantic walk in steam shower, two sinks, then a separate room attached for the toilet and bidet with it's own sink. Hard to describe, but the toilet room opened off the entry way, then had another door into the main bathroom. That way, you could close off the main bath and use the toilet room as the guest powder room.

Forgot to mention before, the living room is huge, with power drapes! and wife said I need to mention the large walk in closet. Oh, and the bed is round (with a mirror on the ceiling above it;))

Also French doors separate the bedroom from the living areas.

re: the concierge escort: I think they were doing that for any RS guest back then, but for us the concierge Reshma worked with me a lot setting up some surprises and so her escort was part of the surprise in that she didn't let on where we were going. Last I heard she had gone on maternity leave and I have not heard if she ever returned in any capacity, but she was wonderful.

Hi Cris :) Did you have a good cruise? I am planning a get together for anyone on my roll call that may want to see the suite - certainly looks big enough to entertain!!

I want to pinch myself!!!!! :D

The upsell fairy called last night and made an offer I could not refuse......so, the Royal Suite is mine for 7 days!!! Adventure of the Seas, Feb 23rd. I was originally booked in an Owners Suite.

Obviously this is my first time in the RS and I'm looking for any and all information about the suite and of course the amenities:)

Congrats Robyn!!! really happy for you!!:):)
