11:30 a.m. arrival into MCO

Due to schedules that we cannot change, we are forced to fly in day of cruise. The earliest arrival I can get arrives MCO at 11:30 a.m.

 

We are a party of 4 adults ... We have always had a rental car in the past because of pre-cruise days at Disney. Looking for suggestions for private transfers that would allow for quick stop for wine before dropping off at the port.

I would check with Executive VIP Limo. They get very good reviews.

I'd be more interested in getting to the ship on time than getting some wine

We definitely would not attempt a wine stop if time doesn't allow ...

If they arrive at 11:30 am they have plenty of time to make it to the ship on time! :cool:

we booked with Orlando Chauffeured Services and have had great service thus far. price was $200 RT from MCO to cocoa beach.

Not much leeway though. My math tells me they have about an hour to an hour and a half leeway time.

We used VIP last year and they were A++. I wouldn't go with anyone else.

I guess when you look at it like that because by the time we landed at 11:30 we were off the plane, rented a car and was in at our hotel in Port Canaveral by about 1:45.

We have always used Cocoa Beach Shuttle. They are reliable and affordable.

In the OP's situation, I would use a limo/private car hire rather than the Shuttle people.

I am the OP and you bet we'd bypass a wine stop if it meant being late ... My main concern is reliable transportation to and from port 😄

I buy my wine at home and put it in my luggage if I don't have time to stop on the way to the port. I just use one of these:

That way you won't have to worry about stopping...just a thought. ;)
