Coco Cay-floats

Recommended Posts

I see that the cruise line rents floats for $14. When on Carnival I've always brought a cheap Walmart inflatable from home. It takes 3 or 4 minutes to blow up. When we're done, I deflate it and back it goes into my beach bag for the next time. Does anyone know if I can do the same for this trip? Please no comments about my "frugal" nature...this girl loves to save money.

You certainly can bring your own if you wish. You won't be the only one.

If you should want to rent a float, you don't have to book the floats in advance. There's a place to do it once at CoCo Cay.

Yes, you may bring your own float. They will have no apparatus for inflation so I hope you are "full of hot air" :):). It is funny, take a look at Royal Caribbean main page and you'll see a couple in the waves using what appears to be a blowout float

Enjoy

At Labadee, the Haitians will be happy to do it for you. At least, I had this happen. :)
