robandana Posted August 7, 2014 #4 Share Posted August 7, 2014 Usually 3 to 5 days before you sail, although not all Concierges will be so diligent or efficient....so do not bother to make contact. Given that you emailed during drydock, they may not have been in a concierge roll at that time. Therefore, they will have probably had a lot of emails to respond to, not to mention all the new guests to help. Perhaps, if it's really something you don't feel can wait until a little closer to your cruise, email them again now. I'm sure your email was just missed by accident.
