At what point should I get an e-mail from the concierge?

Recommended Posts

Usually 3 to 5 days before you sail, although not all Concierges will be so diligent or efficient....so do not bother to make contact.

If you have any special needs or requests it's best if you contact them. I would do it 2 days before you are to board.

Enjoy your suite!

The concierge usually checks on the bookings for a following cruise on about day 2 or 3 if the previous cruise and works through getting everything ready so a lot depends on cruise length

Sometimes only a few days earlier and sometimes a week or even not at all

But as posted above you can email them direct

It is also possible that the Concierge won't contact you at all. If you want to contact the Concierge, you can send an email to EX_Concierge@rccl.com.

Does "EX" in the email stand for Explorer so on the Oasis the email would be; Oasis_Concierge@rccl.com?

Thank you

December, I guess I'm a bit early but a response would have been nice...

Given that you emailed during drydock, they may not have been in a concierge roll at that time. Therefore, they will have probably had a lot of emails to respond to, not to mention all the new guests to help. Perhaps, if it's really something you don't feel can wait until a little closer to your cruise, email them again now. I'm sure your email was just missed by accident.
