Explorer Smoking Areas

Casino, cigar lounge, and one side on the outside of decks 4, 11, and 12.

On most (I want to say all but that may not be accurate) of our RCI cruises, the smoking side was the right or starboard side of the ship. You can book any deck which pleases you as you are permitted to smoke on Decks 4, 11, and 12, as clarea stated. :) Book starboard for a shorter walk to the smoking area.

 

Enjoy Explorer. She is phenomenal. :)

I can confirm that the outdoor smoking areas on Explorer are on the starboard side, decks 4,11, and 12.

Can anyone confirm where on Deck 12 the smoking area is? So I can avoid it, I'm travelling in 11 days.

One side if the outside of deck 12, I believe port side.  Your Cruise Compass will have details.

Are you cruising out of an Australian port? Smoking is completely banned.

Here is how I locate the smoking sections find a website that has old cruise compasses for the ship and it will be listed in the compass.

Or just wait until you are onboard to read the current Cruise Compass for that cruise.

Yes I am, and no it isn't. There are two smoking areas on deck 11 & deck 4. I don't smoke so want to know what areas to avoid.
