siestaclaud Posted December 22, 2014 #1 Share Posted December 22, 2014 (edited) Just saw this post on the shipmate app. "Well I'm on the ship, $425 per cabin on board credit, I'm not having it, I will keep you all posted what happens" Not sure what type of room he has. I will see what else he has to say and post here. Anyone else hear anything on current Freedom sailing? We leave on the 28th - next Sunday for NYE cruise. siestaclaud Posted December 22, 2014 Author #2 Share Posted December 22, 2014 Per the roll call board for 12/21 Freedom - $300 OBC for interior rooms.
carriecga Posted December 22, 2014 #3 Share Posted December 22, 2014 Disappointed with $425? I'd be happy with that. Sent from my iPhone using Forums
siestaclaud Posted December 22, 2014 Author #4 Share Posted December 22, 2014 I would be happy with it too. We have 4 cabins (3 interior - 1 balcony) so if it stays the same for next week - we are up $1325! Not bad.

JinxyB Posted December 22, 2014 #9 Share Posted December 22, 2014 That's a lot better than what we got on the 12/7 sailing which was NOTHING!! Care to share your itinerary?

siestaclaud Posted December 22, 2014 Author #11 Share Posted December 22, 2014 Going to all scheduled ports, with reduced time in ports.
reney313 Posted December 22, 2014 #12 Share Posted December 22, 2014 I'd be thrilled with that OBC. We sailed on Allure in January with the "revised" itinerary shortening port times and did not receive any OBC (Nor did I expect any OBC or felt like they should provide any accommodation other than rescheduling or ability to cancel excursions if they conflicted). I'm surprised this poster did not think that was sufficient.
Alwaysacruiseinthequeue Posted January 2, 2015 #13 Share Posted January 2, 2015 Disappointed with $425? I'd be happy with that. Sent from my iPhone using Forums Me, too! We got N O T H I N G! Of course, I should be grateful they didn't STEAL our port charges at COZUMEL. Yes. We lost a LOT OF TIME at ports, PLUS AN ENTIRE PORT... AND GOT NOTHING!
