Last Minute Upsell Offer!

We are sailing on the Westerdam on Saturday, and just received an email from HAL. We accepted an upsell from a VB to SY for a great price. We have never been contacted so close to sailing, and although it was unexpected, we are so happy with a larger cabin!

Would you be willing to tell us how much was the upsale offer? We are sailing with you and were asked 4 times.

no problem.. vf 1500 pp guarantee, moved to ve

upsale 800 pp, that is for 14 days.

broke it down less our return money for laundry.

figured could never afford it any other time.

we didn't plan on excursions, so bit the bullet.

Only live once! right?:D

Carol, we were offered an SS from our VB for 199 pp. We called and said we would be willing to pay 99 pp. They said no, but would call back if another offer became available. We thought that was the end of it and were happy with our VB. Two hours later the phone rang, it was HAL and they offered the 99 pp! We got to choose between two remaining SS cabins. See you onboard!
