recycling clothing among cc members (part two)

Hello ladies,

 

Hope everyone is doing well. I used to love the fall and winter weather, I'm changing my mind; I don't like it [emoji16].

 

I paid Holland America $600.00 for unlimited pictures. I finally have time to upload the pictures, but I was so disappointed. There were only a dozen pictures in the CD and they were so awful. My husband said to call Holland America, but I decided to forget it. I'm too busy, beside I'm sure they already deleted them or throw them away. We will be on the Prinsedam again in 2017 for 67 days, we will be taking the pictures ourself [emoji1].

 

We were in Las Vegas last week with Iheartbda and her husband. We had a fantastic time. We ate some wonderful food and saw some awesome shows. My husband and I will be going there again in two weeks and again for Andrea Bocelli concert on December 5th.

 

Our luggage will be shipping on 12-23-2015 to Miami. We will be flying there on 01-02-2016 for our 180 days cruise. I'm ready to go [emoji1].

Ugh, Marie..what a bummer! At least that thief is hopefully an unhappy one!

I lost my iPhone 6 at the New York casino. The phone is offline since I lost it therefore I can not track it[emoji35]. The good new is the thief can not use it, it's on the LOST MODE. Got a new phone, but lost all my contacts [emoji16].

Hello!

I have a nice black and white 2 piece dress to offer.(Free) Women's size 20W. Skirt part is black and top is white with silver and black with glitter. Very classy. Offering to the first person who would like. Just pay shipping. Should fit in a USPS Priority pack. It is clean and ready to go!

I am about to put up on Craigslist a nice size 14. Email if looking for a size 14.

Oh no Marie! I have not read this entire thread but I know there can be ignorant people on the boards. You are very much respected and admired by the regulars on this thread, I can't imagine not seeing and hearing about your fabulous travel and dresses. :( I will e-mail you....

I too am sorry to see you go Marie! I only found this thread a few months ago, but have enjoyed hearing of your travels and also have enjoyed the obvious friendships a lot of you folks have developed. Safe travels, you will be missed here!

Sorry that Marie got upset but upon re-reading the particular statement, I personally don't read anything offensive in it at all. It was a good question.

 

Yes, there will be fancier dresses right down to nice black gauzy or palazzo type pant outfits etc. Everyone is on different cruise lines, different budgets, different styles, different comfort zones.

 

I enjoy seeing the ladies fashions and in my own case, since I fly to the ports, I tend to do the pants, different tops idea. So seeing the dresses is very satisfying to one who has few dresses! 😄

I was talking to my daughter, she told me about a customer who had a meltdown at her work. She made me realize I was wrong for posting the post above a few days ago. I do apologize for that. I also realize that I do need to take time off from CC.

 

There was nothing wrong with that post. The truth to be told; I was tired of the same question over and over and I was tired of several posters.

 

I still have some of you email address and home address, if there is anything in my closets that need a new home I will contact you.

Thank you for posting again. You are a very special person to come back and explain to us what happened. We all have "off days". I know that I have had my share. I some times have trouble expressing myself, but I want you to know that I am very happy to know that you are all right. Enjoy your world cruise that is coming up.
