Okie1946 Posted July 1, 2015 #1 Share Posted July 1, 2015 I hope this doesn't sound too silly, but I have noticed on several of the signature lines of various contributors, their Mariner Star indicating 1,2,3 or more stars. How do you get that symbol entered into the signature line as a permanent portion of your signature. Okie1946

clogaltocruise Posted July 4, 2015 #4 Share Posted July 4, 2015 Hi jtl513 ~ Your response to Okie1946's question was perfect timing for me. We just got to 4-star and I'd been unsuccessful in changing my signature from 3-stars. I'd been trying to search for instructions but I wasn't having any luck. Thank you for posting your reply. It was much appreciated. :)

(Probably something stupid!) The string in your signature should look this IMG]http://www.hollandamerica.com/images/3starMariner.gif[/img] BUT with a [ in font of the first IMG]. It's likely that that when you tried to copy the symbol the were missed or messed up. It appears your string starts with [url. Replace the if there) with I couldn't copy and paste it either. My five star shows as a URL. You are using a symbol stored on CC rather than on the HAL site.
