Anyone know when the current NCL promo of pick one the these 4 options will end? If offers free Drinks, Dining, Wife or Gratuities.

 

I looked around and could not find a must book by date for this offer.

What promo provides the option of picking your own wife? Is that like a mail order bride?

If you do book and get this promo, How/when do you pick which benefit you would like? Say you pick the drink package. Do they put a sticker on your card when you check in at embarkation or some other way to signify that you have UBP?

Yes, your card will have a sticker that says UBP.

I had read on some other threads that NCL was going to start imprinting right on the card whether someone had UBP, UDP, or both and move away from the stickers...at least for those who had it prior to boarding. Not sure if/when that's supposed to begin?

Mine was preprinted on my card on getaway in July. Said UBP in the corner so no sticker.

Wonder what the next promo will be?

 

These Promos have been going on since December of 2014.

Each one tweaking the previous - adding something here or there.

Cruising is very competitive and expect to see these for a long time to come.

Also these Promos are not completely FREE - the cruise fare is adjusted accordingly.

I don't think that NCL is losing money on these.

Those in the Suites or higher class of staterooms are getting the whole enchilada (well almost).

The solo cabins on the mega ships are seeing very limited options.

The better the cabin - the more that is offered or the options.

 

The "TRICKY CAVET" is you sign up for a cruise and select your Promo(s)

and then next month the fare changes or more optional promos are offered.

OK if you change your cruise contract to get a better deal you may lose out on

the promos and beware doing any changes in the 90 day period after FINAL Payment !

 

Keep coming back to read more here at CC - there are winners and then there

are the rug pulled out from underneath your perfect program.

"Don't Be That Person" !

But do lock in that program that is best for you - it may be best to wait a few

more days at the end of the month to see what develops.

It appears that every month things get better and better - may cost a bit more

but a program may be almost at the All Inclusive point - what a way to go !

I think they might on some cabin sales

 

$499 base fare with UBP & UDP thrown in an OV for 10days, after the commisitons and other fixed costs like share of fuel(not taxes they were $125) there is not much left to cover the drinks and dinners and Teppanyaki Lunch on sea days

 

Thats what some trips were going at early in the promos.

I am on the BA now and it is embedded in your card, even if you lose a card your next one will print out with the promos on it.

No more stickers.

I guess that means that if you purchase a package on board you will have to get your card replaced. I wonder if you would receive a sticker until that time?

if u have the time, don't book till a few days b4 the promo is over.

 

by that time, next months promo will be leaked.

 

so u can decide to take this months promo or sept's.
