Have had JAMMAN, PATTI, RYAN'S Breeze cruise withdrawl. Haven't been able to get to the computer for a few weeks with "family stuff" getting in the way....including the birth of our 6th grandchild at the ripe old age of 55 and 5 months! Just read thru 10 pages and LOVING your cruise and mourning you returning to Miami. Patti looks so sweet in her pictures and I want to cruise with you guys and have some "Caribbean Colada time" with Patti! The picture of you in the steakhouse in post 434 should be copied, framed and put on your "cruise wall." Very nice picture of both of you. Can't imagine you can survive another 11 months without a cruise. :( I am in DRY DOCK and hating it, but handling it by reading reviews! LOVE Grand Turk and loved seeing those pictures which brought back such great memories. THANKS for sharing another great adventure! :)

Loved the tour around the Lanai! I'm hoping to talk my husband into a cruise on the Breeze next year for our 25th anniversary. What is in a "dark and stormy"? Looks good!

Thanks for reading! A dark n' stormy is Gosling's Black Rum, ginger beer, & a lime.

Hey Karry!! I was wondering where you were. Congrats on the grandbaby!!

All I can say is Carnival Sunshine from NYC on August 1st. I know you don't cruise during the summer but maybe you should start!! :D

This afternoon was the second blackjack tournament of the cruise. Ryan and I both entered, but this time neither of us would qualify for the final table. Ryan and I played regular blackjack for a good three hours, but we wound up breaking even for the day.

Patti went to the afternoon session of bingo, and she didn’t have any luck as well. As she was leaving the Ovation Theater she ran into Matt, who happily posed for a picture with her….

Today was the day for the Diamond / Platinum party. Here is what the new invitations look like…..

After the party, Patti went back to the cabin to pack, and I went to the Red Frog Pub for the last time this cruise. Here is Ryan with his room stewards Mahayana and I Nengah.....

CB1810.JPG

Soon it was time for our last dinner of the cruise. We started off with a lot of starters. Patti had the French onion soup and the flatbread…..

We were all too stuffed to even order dessert. The wait staff sang and danced for us one last time…..

After we left the dining room, Patti went to the casino to play some slots, while Ryan and I went to the adult comedy show starring Percy Crews. It was a great show.

We all made it back to our cabins about the same time to find our last turndown and towel animal of the cruise. All in all, it was a great relaxing day at sea…..

Coming up next: Debarkation and final thoughts.

Don't you just love Matt Mitcham? My husband and I think he's great!! He is everywhere, and tons of fun!!

Agree 100%. One of the reasons why he was given the Vista.

What a great review!! We haven't even sailed on Carnival yet (first one coming up in March!) but we've already decided on the Breeze for our honeymoon the following March. Your review has upped my excitement by some exponent, and I can't wait to show my honey. :-)

Thanks for such a thorough visual review!

Fantastic review! Between the pictures and the commentary, this is by far one of the best and detailed reviews I have seen. I feel like I was right there with you.

I am sailing on this ship for 8 days on 10/10....next weekend! I was excited before - but now? I am about giddy with anticipation and excitement. I was pretty useless at work leading up to this date, but your review has pushed me over the work edge. I am done mentally - and in cruise mode! Woo-Hoo!

Thank you - and thanks to Patty too!
