Royal Replenish and Starbucks

I'm on the Navigator in a few weeks and thinking of getting the Royal Replenish drink package. "Specialty coffees" are included. Since there is a Starbucks on board, are Starbucks drinks included? Thanks!!

There is not a Starbucks on navigator. There is the cafe promenade which serves some Starbucks products which are included in the Replenish package.

As stated by OurUsualBeach, since it's not a real Starbucks, the coffee all over the ship is included in your package.

 

Only Oasis class ships right now have a "real" Starbucks, at which your package would not be valid.

Restaurants also serve specialty coffee covered by the Replenish and Ultimate packages.

They don't really understand in the shore-based offices what "Starbucks" means on board.

 

They SERVE Starbucks coffee on most/all ships.

 

But only Oasis class ships have "real" Starbucks kiosks on board.

 

Starbucks COFFEE is included in your package as long it is not purchased at the kiosk in the middle of the Royal Promenade on oasis or allure.

Just looked at your signature. If you were asking about your Harmony cruise, unless they change the long-standing policy, you won't be able to use your package at that Starbucks kiosk, wherever they put it on the Harmony:D

I specifically asked her if I could use it AT the Starbucks onboard and she said yes, so I will have to call back again to double check.

Unfortunately you cannot count on receiving correct information about what happens on the ships from shoreside staff.

On Rhapsody and Legend the coffee used at Lattetudes was a brand called 'Illy'. Delicious and worth paying for.

On our Freedom cruise last year we had the Replenish Package which included all specialty coffees including the Starbuck brewed coffee on the Promenade. No problems at all.

There is not a Starbucks on navigator. There is the cafe promenade which serves some Starbucks products which are included in the Replenish package.

 

This is accurate. I was just on the Oasis and our RR did not include the standalone Starbucks in the promenade, but did cover the Promenade Cafe. I also heard that if your ship does not have a standalone Starbucks, but "serves" Starbucks coffee in their cafes, it is included. On the Oasis, our cafe had Seattle's Best specialty coffee, which was fine. A nice shot of espresso and a fresh-squeezed OJ every morning was fabulous. If you're not a heavy alcohol drinker like we are, the RR package is your best bet. Don't forget that bottled-water is included! This came in handy for excursions. Also, we had S. Pellegrino every night for dinner instead of regular water which was a nice touch.
