Is Royal Caribbean's website down?

Hi All!

 

I'm trying to get a cruise booked but I'm having problems with the RC website. I have a cruise saved in my profile and when I click on the date I want, I get an error page. I tried clearing my browser's cache, cookies and browser history, but still have the same problem.

 

Anyone else having this problem?

Seems to be broken. I tried searching for cruises and they all show up blank. Weird.

Welcome to Cruise Critic!

 

Yes, there are problems with the website. When it happens I wonder if the problem is my computer or RCCL's website. More often than not, it is the website.

 

You might want to call RCCL rather than deal with the online problems.

What parameters are you using for your search? Maybe the problem is related to specific ships or dates?

Yes, there are problems with the website. When it happens I wonder if the problem is my computer or RCCL's website. More often than not, it is the website.

 

You might want to call RCCL rather than deal with the online problems.

 

Thanks! I'll probably have to call, even though I hate talking on the phone. The cruise is for Feb and I'm worried about it getting sold out or the price going up.

I found the cruise last night and saved it to my profile. It saved fine and shows up under my "saved cruises" in my profile. But when I click on the date I want, I get the "Oops...Looks like royalcaribbean.com is on vacation" page.

I got this email yesterday.

 

"Dear James, The courtesy hold on your Royal Caribbean International® reservation has expired. Visit www.RoyalCaribbean.com to learn more about our action-packed ships and exciting destinations. Speak with one of our Certified Vacation Planners 24/7 at 1-866-562-7625 (United States and Canada) if you have any questions or need help planning. For our international contact information, please visit us at www.RoyalCaribbean.com/ContactUs. We hope you choose to cruise with us soon! Sincerely, Royal Caribbean International"

Only I don't have any cruise on hold?:confused::confused:

Oh the website.

yes it's down again. today it's a little more entertaining. they show you the deals, but apparently the oasis now visits 0 ports. see the pdf I attached of my search

 

That's exactly how my search looked too!!!

I'd be happy if they were updating all day and when it came back-it was more user friendly!! :)

I get those emails frequently and have no courtesy holds
