Channel 7 Sunrise is covering the five ship celebration tomorrow.

 

On their 6pm news bulletin they had footage of Aria leaving the Harbour. Looking good!

Hopefully they will provide some great footage of all the ships coming in to the harbour and then the parties on all the ships later in the day.:D

The morning Today show on Channel 9 will also be showing all cruise ships and will be on the Aria tomorrow, so we should be able to get a good look at her.

Yes, Today Show has great aerial footage of the 5 ships sailing in! I'm now in a taxi on my way in to the naming ceremony for Aria and Eden at Fort Denison.

I would like to congradulate P & O and the City of Sydney and the Today Show for presenting Sydney at her very best with 5 ships making a very spectacular grand enterance in to Sydney Harbour this morning. The Today show broadcast live from one of the new ships. To the Captains and crew of these ships also, great sight to start the morning.

I agree Hobart18. The whole event was fantastic and there was a huge amount of buzz around it all. I wonder if we'll get a 6 ship spectacular once Pacific Explorer arrives! [emoji4]

I believe Eden at White bay. Aria at OPT and the other three, Pearl, Jewel, Dawn anchored around the harbour for tonights festivities.

 

I was wondering if those at anchor are able to tender to shore?

I am not really sure where they are all going.....I know some TA's got on the Aria in Sydney yesterday for the night they disembark today at OPT.

The Eden has come from Freemantle, I have cruise friends that were on Eden from Freemantle, disembarked today and getting on Aria to cruise back up to Brissy.

The Pacific Dawn would have come from Brisbane and will head back up there.

 

Someone with more knowledge of tracking the ships will know where they have come from. But I think they all head out about 10pm tonight.
