This is the exact message with a picture of the ocean as a backdrop.

Just wondering if anyone else has ever seen this when trying to access the website? If you are not having difficulty accessing or do not get this message that is great, so you don't need to post.

I don't get that message...but it's not working very well either. Lots of red error messages, "unable to access reservation" and "your birthdate has changed please reprint" .

Even if you can get on, it may not be worth it. ;)

But that is exactly what you asked in your first post.

I had the exact same problem a few weeks ago and it lasted about two weeks. I was using Firefox on a Mac. When I used Safari, the RCL website was back in business. After a couple of weeks, the problem cleared up on Firefox without me resetting anything. When I used Firefox on my PC in my office, there was no problem. I am sure the solutions suggested here work, but it is interesting that I have not seen the problem occur on any other website.

I suspect that is because other websites have better programming.

I was finally able to access the website by using private browsing in Safari. I had no problem whatsoever using my other two devices to access the website.

I have been using the Royal Caribbean website on a regular basis for almost 15 years and never saw anything like that before so I was curious as to others who experienced the "on vacation" website.

I have to say the new booking process on the website is so bad it makes their prior websites look good. I cannot understand how a company this large can have such a terrible website.

I have an opinion that RCCL actually prefers handing people off to TAs to deal with bookings, and part of their terrible website is to force people to book elsewhere.

If you log in to C&A and look at one of their "Upcoming Events" page, they still advertise events that expired back in June and July 2015 -- and no new events.

The website issues are ongoing, and absolutely are the worst in the industry. I still book through RCCL but I have considered going to a TA many times in recent weeks.
