Hi all- 2 questions really

1. Can you get coffee only via room service. If so is it free other than tip?

 

2. Have a Starbucks gift card, can it be used onboard or is it good at regular land base Starbucks only?

Regular coffee is no extra charge from room service, however all room service orders incur a $4 per order fee for late night orders, normally between the hours of midnight and 5am.

 

You can use your Starbucks card only at the Starbucks kiosks on Oasis and Allure.

Regular (not specialty) coffee is available and complimentary at the eating venues - if you go to a lounge or bar, you will be charged for it. Depending on your ship, there are various places to get your cuppa joe. :)

Yep free plain coffee (if you can call it that) via Room Service other than late night when there is a charge $3 or 4 from memory.

Free coffee is available pretty much .24/7 via buffet MDR and those alternative venues like park cafe and promenade

Since you will be on the Allure, you will be able to use your Starbucks gift card at the kiosk in the Royal Promenade on Deck 5. :)

 

Coffee is available 23 hours a day for free at the Café Promenade.

 

It is also available many other places on board for free during many hours of the day.

 

Others have already posted about room service.

 

And as Karen said, don't order coffee in a bar or lounge unless you are willing to pay for it. ;)
