Calling all recent Oasis cruisers........

Let's talk about the mattresses....:D:D

 

I have been reading about Freedom and Grandeur, how uncomfortable the beds were.

 

PRAYING this is not the case on Oasis.

Our first few Carnival cruises, the mattresses were AMAZING. The last one, was HORRIBLE.

Woke up with a sore back every single morning.

Not a pleasant thing.

I was actually noticing last week, how comfortable they were. We had two rooms and both of them and the eggshell mattresses underneath the sheets. We were on Oasis.

Last August they were comfy!!!!!

I think Oasis and Allure have really comfortable beds. No complaints from me.

I slept like a log on Oasis this past February!! Normally, I am one of these people who is awake three or four times a night and find it hard falling back to sleep again, but that didn't happen onboard Oasis. DH even beat me getting up in the morning... another first! Wish I could sleep like that at home. ;)

On freedom last September slept like a baby will be on grandeur in May and hoping the same

Room two weeks ago ultra quiet and mattress was fantastic.

I found the bed ok but a bit short. The sofa bed however isn't a bed at all. The couch cushions fold down and they use a blanket as a mattress pad. A note about the bed, we found the attendant was storing towels under ours.

Oasis in February and it was the best sleep I have had in years (need to replace the mattress at home soon :p).

Oasis last week and beds were wonderfully comfortable!

Just off the Oasis last week. The beds were great. But the pillows not so much they were really thin and we had one that had some fluff. I tried One pillow, 2 and 3. I tried folding them stacking them, rolling them and nothing helped.

 

I have a "My Pillow" at home and I find that pillow to be OK but not great either. I over heard others at the airport talking about how they hated the pillows too.

 

I joked with my Husband how next time I will bring mine from home. lol
