lbtnewcruiser Posted July 4, 2016 #1 Share Posted July 4, 2016 I've seen on a previous posters compass that the 10 drink card is good for beer, wine & house drinks. Does the card include frozen drinks ?

Annie43 Posted July 4, 2016 #3 Share Posted July 4, 2016 I have never heard of this ..... What is it? Can it be purchased pre-cruise? How much is it?
Clarea Posted July 4, 2016 #4 Share Posted July 4, 2016 I have never heard of this .....What is it? Can it be purchased pre-cruise? How much is it? Cannot be purchased pre-cruise. Price varies by ship and probably sailing too. May or may not be offered on every sailing, and if offered, it's usually not earlier than halfway through the cruise. We saw it on Vision for $79 and $84.
kbeckman1525 Posted July 4, 2016 #5 Share Posted July 4, 2016 We saw it on Liberty beginning on day 5, for $78 or $79 I believe.
ArkieCruisin Posted July 4, 2016 #6 Share Posted July 4, 2016 We purchased the 10 drink card on Liberty about a month and a half ago. Was just under $80 and it was on day 5. Purchased ours in the Schooner bar and it did include frozen drinks.

chenj78 Posted July 4, 2016 #8 Share Posted July 4, 2016 Yes. Purchased on Allure earlier this month for $79. Not accepted for Chimay in Bow and Stern. Otherwise, good for everything including frozen drinks. Keep in mind, most beers are just under $8 all in. The drink card is best used for wine, cocktails, frozen drinks, etc. Sent from my iPhone using Forums mobile app
EmmasNana Posted July 4, 2016 #9 Share Posted July 4, 2016 I assume there is a $ ceiling on which wines you can order? What might that be?
Clarea Posted July 4, 2016 #10 Share Posted July 4, 2016 I assume there is a $ ceiling on which wines you can order? What might that be? On Vision, it was the same as the Premium package, or $12. However, I would confirm this before purchasing.

Rare ORV Posted July 4, 2016 #12 Share Posted July 4, 2016 On Adventure it was 85, not sure if that included the 18%, but I think it did. Good for any drinks that the package covered.

It was offered before day 5 on Adventure on June 11th. We were advised to use it on cocktails as that would give us the best value.

Rare John&LaLa Posted July 5, 2016 #16 Share Posted July 5, 2016 It is my understanding that it is typically offered when overall bar sales are down for the week. A last ditch effort to drive sales.
Rare AbeFroman2 Posted June 4, 2017 #17 Share Posted June 4, 2017 Hi all, Instead of starting a new thread, figured I'd revive this one to ask for opinions on the drink cards and to see if there has been any changes to availability or the when they put them on sale? After cruising last February on Anthem out of NJ, we are considering sailing out of Florida on the Allure in February 2018. I'll get the drink package again, but my GF is not much of a drinker, only here and there, so we thought getting her the card might be a way to save some cash on the trip. But, perhaps that's easier wished for than done, but details seem scarce. Thanks in advance!
Chase101 Posted June 4, 2017 #18 Share Posted June 4, 2017 I found it on the Vision 12 night Baltics cruise that sailed May 6! First time I have found it! I first noticed the flyer at the Casino Bar & the total was $85 including the 18%. It was around the 7th day of the cruise & good for anything the Premium drink package allowed. I'm Diamond but occasionally like a frozen drink & my daughter likes her mudslides & Hendricks gin. It was nice to be able to share! Dreamer115 Posted June 5, 2017 #21 Share Posted June 5, 2017 I would assume this is only to be used by one person, would that be correct? If going on a 7 night cruise it probably wouldn't even be an option, is this also correct? Connie
Chase101 Posted June 5, 2017 #22 Share Posted June 5, 2017 The 10 drink card is like a punch card. It even says it can be used by friends or family! They just punch a hole or mark 1 drink off at a time! Sent from my iPhone using Forums

Dreamer115 Posted June 5, 2017 #24 Share Posted June 5, 2017 Thanks I was wrong on both counts. Very happy about that and hope it's on my cruise.
cruisegirl1 Posted June 5, 2017 #25 Share Posted June 5, 2017 Anyone know if the card can be used on another cruise, like a B2B. I know each B2B is a separate cruise, but how do they know when I purchased the card? It is not date stamped. Thanks M
