Rules on Cabin Mates?

We are going to be traveling with another couple. Both of the men are drinkers and the women are not. Could we book our rooms so that the men are in the same cabin and can both get the beverage package?

 

Yes, I know that it wouldn't be exactly honest because we'd stay with our spouses, but I've read about other people doing it with kids in cabins etc.

 

Would they let us do that?

this is why they should let just one in the cabin buy the cheers program!:) I am talking about 2 adults in the cabin!

It's a common thing and kind of a loophole that Carnival really has no way of stopping, unless they stop doing the switching of cards/folios while on board. But, with that you could still make it work by trading keys, sharing 1 key per couple etc.

Seems crazy doesn't it, yet another rule they're happy for you to break.

 

Just get rid of the ones you don't want to enforce.

My wife can't drink for medical reasons, now I just found a new reason to get on a roll call. Not really wife swapping, but then again. What happens at sea stays at sea, right.

Yes, my DS and BIL often travel with another couple and do this so both couples get priority boarding,etc (since they are platinum). book the men in one cabin and the women in another. Men buy Cheers. You can switch the rooms when you board. Guest services will help you with keys
