I like trying all of the mojitos @ the Red Frog!

Any Long Island, including the Cuban

Ultimate Margarita...always a classic

My wife loves the Strawberry Daiquiri (she gets it virgin)

I hope I have this right but it was Mocha D on the Splendor otherwise Pina Colada. Make sure you stop by the casino and listen to Music Boardwalk. It will be their last week before they go home. Great Band.

Check out what Edward Allen, Carnival's vice president of beverage operations, says are the best drinks:

5 Best Carnival Cruise Cocktails

my favorite is a dirty martini made with grey goose at the alchemy bar. but after reading the above article i am definitely going to try a jupina amour at the havana bar when i go on the vista.

I tend to stick with Mojitos and ginger & tonic, with an occasional blue Margarita. DH is more adventurous and always tribes the drink of the day. On our recent Magic cruise, one DVD was the Twilight Zone , essentially a Pina cola day with Midori and blue Caracas swirled in. He said this was his new favorite and ordered several more of those throughout the cruise.

Just off the Conquest this morning. Tried lots of different drinks (thanks Cheers) and these were my favorites:

Daytime - Mocha Chocolate Getaway

Once Alchemy opened - Cucumber Sunrise followed by most anything on their menu. Tried almost everything Alchemy had including several "suprise me" custom drinks at Alchemy. One of those was something I dubbed the Rum Sunset. I asked the Alchemist to start with rum and go from there. It had a nice sunset color and was very tasty.

I love the people at Alchemy. My wife won't book any Carnival ship if it doesn't have Alchemy on it.

I also found Zaya rum at Alchemy (was also available throughout the ship). A 12 year rum, when I asked about it the Alchemist got the bottle then looked at me and made sure I didn't want it mixed. Nope, that rum was very good on it's own and would have been a shame to mix it.

If there's an Alchemy Bar, then you can order an Absinthe. It's not on the menu, but they make them. They even have the little contraption that goes back and forth over the sugar cube with the ice water.

Whenever I order one, people always crowd around to watch it being prepared!
