A car rental would probably be the cheapest. A very simple search on the WEB shows that you can rent a car for around $40. If you do not want to drive, another very simple WEB search using taxi fare finder - https://www.taxifarefinder.com/main.php?city=Orlando&from=Orlando+International+Airport+(MCO)&to=Port+Canaveral - would show that the taxi fare from Orlando Airport to Port Canaveral is about $129 for the 2 of you which is half of the RC transfer cost. If you can find anyone to share the taxi, the cost per person would be even less. Any cruise company airport transfer is always less convenient and more expensive than the alternative options.

Define "best"? Personally, it is a limo with champagne. But that is just us.

A private shuttle...not the cruise lines, is cheaper, and therefore, "best" IMO!!!
