The secret is to find a bartender that will actually muddle the mint instead of just putting a few leaves into a shaker and shaking it with the liquor. Thats why i prefer the frozen mojitos, they extract all that mint flavor from being pulverized.

We had the BEST bartender on Freedom in April...at the R bar that did just that...every single time and they were amazing.

Wish I could remember his name...other than he and the other bartender calling each other mosquito the whole trip...lol

Just off the Anthem - I had Mojitos in the Solarium Bar and Schooner Bar that were wonderful - and all were muddled.

Adrian, who mostly works in Boleros, at least in the past, makes a killer mojito. Not sure what ship he's on these days but If you can find him, he'll probably make the best mojito on the ship.

I always ask for my mojito's to not be sweet so they use fresh lime and not the sweet mix; so much better! A couple $$ cash tip and you get the perfect Mojito all week!!
