This misunderstanding may be that others (including me) don't have to click on anything: reading Cruise Critic in the browser (Safari) on my computer, each post fetches and opens the pictures automatically.

yes. Me too

I am still using the old cc format ( hate new one:mad:)

and using either chrome or safari on computer or ipad or iphone...

All of Lindas posts and pics show perfectly.

I just have to scroll thru the posts to see.

no clicks needed

The laundry room is open!! I repeat. The laundry room is open!! ;)

I've had a super day in Punta del Este. We were VERY late sailing away...... first time Celebrity have used this port apparently..... or is it maybe just a first time for THIS ship...... not sure. Lovely guide. As it's a sea day tomorrow I hope to catch up with posting pics.

I want to leave you with something to read tonight..... this relates to me saying there was a surprise in store. Have some Patters :

I'm not seeing thumbnails either - or links - only full-size pictures. This is both with Safari (using the new CC format) and Chrome (using the old format).

Host Jazzbeau. I also use Chrome but all I ever see is as follows:-http://i576.photobucket.com/albums/ss201 and so on for each picture. is there another way to view this or do you have a link to NorbetsNeice blog and then the pictures might pop up.

Thanks

At the top right of the screen next to your CC name there is a down arrow. If you click on that and choose "Edit Options" you should see an area titled "Thread Display Options" and in it "Visible Post Elements." That gives you the option to turn on or off the following: Signatures, Avatars, and Images (including attached images and images in code). Do you have Images turned on?

Have so enjoyed your log. We embark as you disembark on 15 February in Valparaiso.

As time allows.....can you share if the ATM is dispensing USD. Lots of our guides only want USDs. Thank you in advance.

Safe travels!

There are 2 ATMs in the casino that dispense US$$

Took lots of pics today but impossible to upload ANYTHING.

Sorry to disappoint.

48kts wind. We're rocking and rolling.

-----------

Formal night well adhered to. Champagne fountain in the Piaza.

Started cumulative (progressive) trivia today..... Mark you would be proud!!

Meet & Mingle. Soooo very well attended. Hotel Director and Customer Services Director turned up.

If Royal and Celebrity can provide canapes, tea and coffee etc why doesn't Princess?

Went to a lecture on 'Looking less like a tourist'.

GF Pizza for lunch.

End of day 10 until I can get photos uploaded and finish off sharing day 9...... sigh......

---------------------

Tomorrow I am touring with these guys. Punta Tombo penguins!

---------------------

Patter below.

Thanks for following x

I love this!!! A link directly to the bridge cam. Only realised just now. Would be great if someone could 'quote the original post each time a page is turned.

Woke at 5am thinking we had stopped. It was so calm....wind now 14kts. Last night 48. What's that in Beaufort?

problem with that is everyone has different settings..

eg..how many number of posts per page.. each one has a choice in their settings.

and starting from last post scrolling from top or from bottom.

I see posts as being on the top of the last post

..and have seen others where theirs is right at the bottom

Had a super long drive to Punta Tombo today where there is a Magallen penguin colony numbering around 1 million!!

We've just sailed away from Puerto Madryn where there is a Welsh community..... tomorrow (sea day) is expected to be pretty rough again.... please will everyone send out calm waters for Tuesday please..... met an RAF vet last night.... served there in 1982 and is making a trip to show his wife.....

We are now at AMIA, the Federation centre.

The first names of the 85 who perished there are noted.

There is an extraordinary monument. At night there are lights between the panels which create candles.

It is only as you walk around that you realise that each side and angle has a specific design
