Drink in one venue and then go to another

Maybe a silly question...If we buy one drink in one venue and we want to go to another bar or to the casino, can we carry our drink from one venue to another or do we have to finish our drink in the place where we bought it?

You can carry your drinks anywhere on the ship.

Yes, of course. You may carry that drink from venue to venue. Back to your cabin. Down the Promenade.

Just don't plan on picking your kids up at Adventure Ocean with a drink in each hand. That's an alcohol free zone.

I'm sure some staff is aboard just to retrieve drinkware from random parts of the ship. Near stairs is a big one. People definately travel with their drinks.

On my last Freedom cruise, I would routinely go up to the Viking Crown Lounge and have a drink before dinner. I'd then usually get one to take with me to dinner since bar service in MDR was rather slow. Never had an issue. As others have mentioned just avoid taking glasses from inside venues out to the pool deck.

Wow ! I thought Leo was kidding but I guess not . Same for Scurvy Pirate .

Is this enforced ? Seems a bit extreme although I agree with the purpose .

You must be from Canada? I almost got arrested when I tried to carry my own drink from the bar to the table.
