Glad I didn't cancel my discounted internet first but bummed and hopeful Sip & Stream will be available for me again. Same happened to me, tried to buy this afternoon, got message so I just figured I would buy it after work....nope, now I can't even access my reservation. Bummer! They have IT working on it and to call back later today to see if they can get the package or hopefully at least get my 8.99 zoom package back. She said they are aware it is an issue and sounds like someone higher up is going to have to make the decision if they will offer any assistance to people who cancelled packages trying to buy this new one. I called a few numbers since the first person was not nice on the phone. Told me there was no one else I could talk to at all but him. Called a different number and person a bit better and still claimed no one could help me so I asked for a supervisor. That person was nice and explained the reasons and then offered a bottle of wine. I don't believe that they can't give u deals not online if u get the right person. I'm still hoping if enough people call in and ask for a supervisor that they eventually honour something. Had to cancel my original Deluxe package at $48/day and $7.49/day internet package before I could add s&s to cart. Receive error stating couldn't purchase new package, thought maybe a glitch, waited till this morning, offer gone from my cruise planner. I had the Deluxe drink package and single device voom service that I got at the discounted rate of 8 dollars. I also informed others in our group that if they were considering an internet package that they should get on this ASAP. For some reason , I felt like this was not going to last very long. It came up on a Tuesday, and only a week and a half before our cruise? To me...something did not make sense. After pressing for more information, she said someone made a "mistake" and reposted the offer that was available many years ago. I should have booked it when I had the chance.
