What's going on with RCI website...the URL I usually use isn't working and when I did get through in a round about way the website is looking totally different ... and that's just in the difference of last going on about an hour or two ago :eek:

It's funny, I've not been able to access it with Firefox in a couple of months. Always "On Vacation". Now it works with Firefox.

The last time I got the maintenance screen, I cleaned out my cookies and it worked fine.

We had two reservations made onboard that we needed to switch to Adventure in 2019 so we had to call last night. Very easy and pleasant phone call:p

Just tried calling. They said it was down. So I waited went back in it was up. It worked for a few booking quotes then it froze again! Arg. I can't even access from my ipad anymore. ( as of yesterday)

I gave up on the website. I called my CVP and they did everything for me. Easier than the stupid website.

I ended up calling the D+ line. The rep was very suprised that I was having problems. I was getting a white screen after clicking the 'book now' button.
