SesaAlegria1 Posted May 25, 2017 #1 Share Posted May 25, 2017 I've heard there is port parking at $20 per day. What other parking options (with a shuttle to the port) can we find nearby, and how much are they? Thanks for any help!
FLACRUISER99 Posted May 25, 2017 #2 Share Posted May 25, 2017 You will get better results posting on the Florida Departures board.. http://boards.cruisecritic.com/forumdisplay.php?f=495 That being said I'm parking at the port and this is my 3rd cruise out of Miami this year. deliver42 Posted May 25, 2017 #4 Share Posted May 25, 2017 I, too, always park at the port. It's worth the $20.00 per day to have peace of mind.
Rare Cruisergal1208 Posted May 25, 2017 #5 Share Posted May 25, 2017 We always park at the port. Peace of mind and not worrying about the car is worth the $20/day. Also, less hassle with luggage.
helenb Posted May 25, 2017 #6 Share Posted May 25, 2017 I'm not sure about Miami, but you could check with local hotels. In west coast ports, the nearby hotels often offer a 'cruise parking' bonus with a one night's stay, including a shuttle to/from the port.
Rare LMaxwell Posted May 25, 2017 #7 Share Posted May 25, 2017 Miami is the only port where I will not even consider the off-site options. So many times I read people waiting an hour plus for a shuttle and then pay for a cab anyways. The garage at the port is so easy and security is constant. Homosassa Posted May 25, 2017 #8 Share Posted May 25, 2017 Other ports, we park off site. Miami, we park at the port.

Jeansplace Posted June 2, 2017 #12 Share Posted June 2, 2017 I've heard there is port parking at $20 per day. What other parking options (with a shuttle to the port) can we find nearby, and how much are they? Thanks for any help! There is a site called Safe Cruise Parking.com They have shuttles back and forth to the cruise port. The cost is $10.00 per day. All reviews sound good. gtalum Posted June 13, 2017 #13 Share Posted June 13, 2017 I would advise parking at the port. It's not cheap, but it's convenient and secure.
