We were on the Equinox in April, 2017. We had the premium package as part of the promo.

 

It didn't matter what package you had or didn't have as neither of those were available. They had been eliminated and were no longer on the menu. We also asked and was told that it wasn't a mistake and they didn't know why. They weren't replaced with anything else.

 

It may have been a fluke, on trial basis or just for that one cruise. I posted a thread about it after our cruise and got no response or feedback from other posters.
