Rare Cruisegirl6 Posted August 7, 2017 #1 Share Posted August 7, 2017 Hello, We were on the Harmony in May and we received a free balcony cruise offer which we booked for the Oasis for October 29th this year, my question, I completed online check but unable to retrieve the reservation in my account, my other half is the one who received the free cruise offer. I keep entering the information for my next reservation but it never comes up the next time I sign on, question, for a casino free cruise, do I receive points for taking the cruise towards my crown and anchor? Crusin' from Fl Posted August 7, 2017 #2 Share Posted August 7, 2017 I wonder if it is because she is the "owner" of the reservation by way of her receiving the certificate. Enjoy Oasis!
sellwingri Posted August 7, 2017 #3 Share Posted August 7, 2017 Call Casino Royale. They have the most helpful reps I've ever dealt with. I've called them for help many times. I also used a free balcony offer for this same cruise. If you haven't already done so, make sure to check out this cruise's thread. It's extremely active. teddybear231 Posted August 7, 2017 #7 Share Posted August 7, 2017 Just a question I've always wondered, how much do you gamble in the casino to get a free cruise? I felt like on my last cruise, I gambled a lot (by my standards) about $1,000 but no offer.
Daghis Posted August 7, 2017 #8 Share Posted August 7, 2017 Just a question I've always wondered, how much do you gamble in the casino to get a free cruise? Here's what I was told back in March. Based on points earned ($5/point in slot machines, $10/point in video poker machines, and an unknown magic formula for table games): Cruise certificates:400 points - $100 off 800 points - $200 off 1,200 points - $300 off 1,600 points - $400 off 2,000 points - $500 off 2,400 points - Free cruise (from a selected list) in inside cabin or $500 off 3,600 points - Free cruise (from a selected list) in oceanview cabin or $750 off 4,800 points - Free cruise (from a selected list) in balcony cabin or $1,000 off
Crusin' from Fl Posted August 8, 2017 #9 Share Posted August 8, 2017 Its also posted throughout the casino at the cashier and I've also seen signs around in the casino. I've said this a number of times in previous threads, but I feel like it is JUST as important to be "known" to the casino host/manager/pit bosses as it is to accumulate required points. IMO, it is vital to introduce yourself to the host, let him/her know that you are interested in casino rewards and make sure you are SEEN and acknowledged often in the casino. Time on site is really, really important - at least, that is my experience.
fla gang Posted August 2, 2018 #12 Share Posted August 2, 2018 So I received a list of free cruises to choose from and I picked the 3 day Enchantment. Does this mean I will get free drinks while in the casino? The list was from Club Royale.

betty barnacle Posted August 2, 2018 #14 Share Posted August 2, 2018 When we book our cruises from casino offers they do not appear automatically in our account. When you log in on the RCCL webpage, you will see a link that says "link a missing cruise", or "add cruise" - select that link then input your cruise confirmation number, which will be on the email you received from the casino cruise rep. Viola - it will be added to your my cruises section.
