Should we get points on extended cruises from the hurricane?

Since you get 1 point per night sailed, I wonder if we should get extra points from the extra nights they made passengers stay on the ships. Worth a shot?

People have reported on here that you will get the extra points but they will be added manually so it might take a while for them to post

The terms and conditions are very clear that points are awarded at the rate of one cruise point per night sailed. So to answer your question, yes. You should get (at least) one cruise point per night.

I had friends on a Carnival ship during Harvey and they got the daily credit. Would hope RCI will do the same.

We didn't receive the extra point when we had an extra night on Anthem last January.

Those on extended cruises get credit for days sailed and those on shortened cruises get credit for the full cruise.

I thought it was based on paid days. For example, I have seen people reporting on here that they did not get double points when getting a free upgrade to junior suites.
