POSITIVE - Website / MSC For Me

good day;

 

just had to share, with all the negativity regarding the MSC Website:

 

- went to do my online check in at msccruisesusa.com - completed it with an uploaded photo

 

- then I went back to the MSC for Me App, which I have been browsing for sometime, and what do you know: My Photo I added to my online check-in online, shows up as my profile picture on the App

 

so, it cant be that horrible if that links together so quickly ....

 

Just saying!!! - i wanted to share some Positive Vibes - thats all -

Well good to hear. I have resided to the fact the MSC website is purely decorative and does not function 90% of the time. 9/10 times I log in my reservation is missing( I booked direct with MSC) and/or I cant pull up current fares or promotions to see if there is a good deal/price reduction.

Checked in on-line today for February cruise and printed documents. No problems.

Fingers crossed but we too have not run into all the issues others have claimed.

 

Yesterday was first one in a long time when an error - actually an "errore generico" so at least the website made it sound nice.

I've just attempted check in via the app and had this very problem! Any idea how to resolve it?? (It was going well until then!)
