Rare Texed Posted January 26, 2018 #252 Share Posted January 26, 2018 Wonder, Thanks for the "Play-by-Play" of your cruise. We sail Silhouette on March 11th, so we appreciate it. :)
Keys2Heaven Posted January 26, 2018 #253 Share Posted January 26, 2018 So, you're saying that by playing the slots in the Casino, they were able to wipe out $1200? Guess I don't follow how this is done. I'm not a gambler, so maybe someone can explain this to me.
tink218 Posted January 26, 2018 #254 Share Posted January 26, 2018 Thank you so much for taking the time from your vacation to do this review. 3 weeks and we will be heading to Ft. Lauderdale to get ready to board the Silhouette and we cannot wait! This summer as you are walking around at home and you see a wonderful artist named Pattee Durkin say hi to her, she is my amazing cousin!

Hopefully you also come out on the right side of luck and playing through all of that you have some big wins and can take home some money on top of the perks. Didn’t happen to us on this cruise but on the NCL cruise we took right before this one I left the ship up by $1700. Rare Jim_Iain Posted January 26, 2018 #259 Share Posted January 26, 2018 Enjoyed your live Blog. Was well worth the read. Wondering how Nikko was as the MC Concierge. We had her as the Concierge when she first got the job. At the time she was extremely efficient but lacked the extraverted personality of most of the MCC's. We had her as the Concierge when she first got the job. At the time she was extremely efficient but lacked the extraverted personality of most of the MCC's. We had very little contact with her. We met her in Michael’s Club when we boarded and she was pleasant. Then we had brief interaction with her at the bridge tour/officer’s lunch. Beyond that we just saw her from a distance a few times. I agree that she did not project as warm of a vibe but she seemed extremely efficient. We didn’t have any issues she needed to address as we went through our butler or the Suite Manager. Erick, the Suite Manager, was actually much more warm and approachable and very accommodating to some celebratory requests we had. floralscent Posted January 27, 2018 #263 Share Posted January 27, 2018 Thank you so much for the super daily write ups! Sounds like you were in great company and had a fabulous time! Your cruise went so fast for me and I can only imagine how quickly it went for you. We are on a January 2019 sailing of the Edge and are super excited about the new ship! Will be nice to be on a Celebrity ship that is different from the rest. I hope you made it home safely and have time to rest and relax before your next trip in a few months! mrsgoggins Posted January 27, 2018 #267 Share Posted January 27, 2018 After that we hung out at the casino a bit but machines were tight. We were on the same cruise and definitely agree your statement about the slots being tight. Note to self, do not play (video poker in my case) on last day - sure they are just making it easy for folk with left-over OBC to get rid of it fast!
