Anthem of the seas 18/02/09 live-quasi live

Recommended Posts

Looks like you're having a great cruise so far.

Question...is CocoCay one or Royal's private islands? And if so, are things included or is everything extra and pay a la carte?

It is a private Island. Very similar to Labadee.

Food is included. Drinks are included if you have a package.

Activities such as jet skis, parasailing, kayaking etc are extra.

Never heard of them. Hope they will still make those great hamburgers and my hubby love the fish and chips.

They are bringing their pub operations in house. No different than their other ships.

Harp & Horn on Quantum of the Seas — February 26th

Brass & Bock on Anthem of the Seas — February 25th

Amber & Oak on Ovation of the Seas — February 26th*

These pubs will offer a variety of beer and food.

What a terrible job. Dressing up as a lion. In the Caribbean.

Then getting mauled by grubby kids.

Mine however just drenched herself in purell before and after meeting Alex.

Ps. Don't even think about calling him Jim, Bob, Steve, Mike, Miguel, Ahmad, Rolf, Etc the lion.. It pisses her off immensely. "No Daddy! His name is Alex! Alex the lion Daddy! Stop changing his name. It's Alex"

Stopped by Sorrentos last night.

Pizza still tastes like a bad frozen pizza.. But it was PACKED.

RCI will never change anything about the pizza if it is always that busy. I feel like those of us griping about the pizza on CC are the vocal minority.

Hi Constable [emoji4]

What was the water temp like yesterday at Coco Cay? Trying to decide if the Aqua park will be fun for our kids or if we should just do the slide? They are 9,11 but they're not going to enjoy themselves much if the water is cold...

Oh it wasn't hot.

I'd say probably 24 degrees Celsius.

In the category of first world problems...*

The on demand movie selection sucks compared to the Harmony. I'm not one to pick a cruise based on their TV offerings but on the Harmony it was like a mini Netflix. On this ship there is maybe 10 movies, only 1 of them is kid friendly.*

Nassau was hot. I got off for maybe an hour or so. My drink package and speciality dining aren't included on land so the ship was calling my name.*

Docked along side us today is the 279 foot private yacht 'Pacific'.

This little row boat only cost 150 million to purchase in 2010. The owner is apparently valued at 18 billion.

Going out on a limb and predicting they don't work in law enforcement with me. dbfdbb358a3db0f2e0f28a03728d093b.jpg5580f9c119d6ffceee34dbf5cfed037c.jpg

Quick question about your suite picture... i see something at the end of the bed... is it a cot set up for your daughter? If so, did you have to request that ahead of time? Is she comfortable in it? TY
We had a roll-away cot. We were going to set it up on the ground floor. She didn't Iike that so we moved just the mattress upstairs. Loft attendant makes it up every night
