I understand you are allowed two bottles of wine in your cabin when you board. If you finish the bottles are you allowed to purchase two more while at an island stop and bring them back onto the ship for your room?

No. The two bottles are allowed at embarkation only. Any wine or other adult beverage purchased in a port is taken and held until the end of the cruise.

No. Any alcohol purchased at ports are kept and returned at the end of the cruise.

No, the wine can only be brought on board for use in the cabin at embarkation. Other spirits purchased at ports are held until the final night of the cruise.

No. Well, you can make the purchase but they will hold the bottle until the last night. You can purchase and consume as many as you want from the ship.

The policy is applies to the entire fleet. As with anything RC, enforcement can vary..

Okay, thanks for the information. I've been on many cruises on several cruise lines, but I've never brought any wine on board. Can this carry-on wine be consumed anywhere on the ship, like at dinner, or only in a cabin?

It can be consumed anywhere if you fill your glass in your room. If you take the bottle to a public area, you are subject to a corking fee.
