Hair straighteners

Recommended Posts

Im fron the UK, I have a pair of GHDs, does anyone know if these will work with the voltage on the ship?

If your appliance has a UK plug, you will need an adapter.

Use a US adapter if your device runs on 110V or a Euro adapter if your device runs on 220V.

Not always. Have to confess don't read those rules all the time. It used to read irons not allowed. Extension cords are banned, it was extension cords with a surge protector were banned. In late Jan. my extension cords did not send me to the naughty room. Thank you for the update.

Rules still say irons are not allowed. The irons referred to are irons for clothing/ironing laundry. Clothing steamers are not allowed also.

There has never been a ban on curling irons, flat irons for hair, etc.
