No set time, varies widely.

Our cruise is booked for February 2020 so I imagine it will be a while. I really just wanted to watch for sales on wifi and beverage packages.

They happen about every other week, so I assure you that you will have many, many occasions to catch a "sale" between now and then. :)

Usually 90 days out..,just checked our Sept. 23rd sailing yesterday and that's what it said.

They have a 25% / 30% off sale often

I had $400 OBC with the sales I got @ extra $100 more value on excursions. Looking at when they where full price

Just booked for April 2019 and some parts of the Cruise Planner have contents now (beverage, spa, internet). Usually spa services and internet show up first, then excursions and beverages. Dining might be 6 months to 90 days out. Entertainment seems to be the last to show up. The bigger ships seem to be the slowest. All of this seems to get loaded in batches by date.

I don't cruise till Sept. 2019 and the beverage packages opened up for me about 3 weeks ago. Booked right away (May 31st) and now just need to see if I can get it cheaper.
