Guy's Lunch Menu

What about smoked brisket? Is there smoked brisket? Please tell me they have smoked brisket!

They list "smoked beef" on the lunch menu. I ddn't have it (went for the pork butt - very good), but DH did and really liked it. We didn't try the dinner menu.

I HAVE been on the Horizon. Guys Smokehouse does NOT have ribs for lunch. They do have beef brisket for lunch. I hope this settles the question.

I have always thought it funny that they would have ribs in Elegant night, one reason to dress up!

 

Ribs were a brilliant option for formal night ;)

Looking at a picture of the lunch menu at Guy's for sea days on the Horizon it does not mention ribs. Is this always the same and does one have to pay at dinner to get BBQ ribs?
