Rare trbarton Posted September 22, 2018 #1 Share Posted September 22, 2018 I’m on a 17 day cruise in March 2019, Sydney to Hong Kong. Anybody have an idea why there are no tours listed on Princess for Brisbane & Tiawan? I find it unusual to see no tours listed. If you’ve been to those ports what did you do? Any recommendations appreciated. Tom😎
By The Bay Posted September 22, 2018 #2 Share Posted September 22, 2018 For your Brisbane visit I offer the following. If you are arriving at the cruise terminal at Hamilton, it is easy to get around Brisbane by public transport . If you are arriving at Fisherman Island, aka The Grain Silo's, a shuttle into the city would be an option. A visit to the Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary at Fig Tree Pocket is highly recommended. NSWP Posted September 23, 2018 #4 Share Posted September 23, 2018 (edited) It is unusual for ships shorex not to be offered at Brisbane. We have been in there a few times including ones on Princess. 6 months away and perhaps they have not been selected by the line yet for cruise personaliser. Princess generally offers a shuttle to and from Grain Terminal into centre of Brisvegas and you can do your own city sight seeing from there. As for Taiwan I cannot help, not been there. rkmw Posted September 23, 2018 #5 Share Posted September 23, 2018 Some shore tours don’t come out until 120 days before departure so it could be still a bit early Sent from my iPhone using Forums

TennesseeGypsy Posted October 4, 2018 #9 Share Posted October 4, 2018 We are on the 28 day Round Australia cruise Mar-Apr 2019; we dock in Brisbane as well and, as of now, (160 days out) our cruise has no shore excursions for Brisbane either. I’ll look into the above suggested excursion, too. Thank you!
