Want to book a cabana on Edge for Feb but it's still not showing up to book

Anyone have any experience of this?  When did they show up for your sailing.  I had read they appear as a Food and Drink option but this has not yet been the case for us, some six or seven weeks to go.

Maybe they’re sold out for your sailing already? It should appear under Dining in the Travel Planner.

I hope not.  I've been checking pretty obsessively.  I was hoping it could be a Christmas present for my husband.

In one of the reviews, someone said that they were booked through April.  Have you tried calling them to reserve?  If not, you might have to wait until you board.

I was on the Edge last week Dec 9-16.  every day I was at the pool for a few hours, and never saw anyone in the cabanas while I was there. I kept looking.   They were all set up for people with their ice bucket and beverages and there was an X staff person monitoring the area. They were letting people walk through. I'm guessing the staff person was making sure no one took any of the beverages on the cabana tray or tried to sit there.  

 

So, I can't imagine they are all booked for your sailing.

We tried calling several times today, but were stuck on hold for unreasonable lengths of time, the last time being 40 minutes.  I'm having our agent give it a try.

If you booked with an agent then they must do this for you. Calling Celebrity will not get you anywhere

Have you tried to e mail the dining  dept

 

..I believe Vt cruiser said they set it up for her in person, so maybe the online  e mail contact will work..

We always book with an agent and always book our onboard fun and excursions on our own.   The only real difference with an agent is you can’t call X directly to change the cabin or cancel/change the booking.

Our agent called and was told that cabanas for our sailing are not yet on sale.  Only December on sale so far.

I called today and you have to book it at guest services or dining services when you board the ship per Celebrity.

Look under Dining and Beverage … for a Edge Cabana (up to 4 guests) $400 USD/person … for a Edge Split Cabana (up to 2 guests) $200 USD/person …

Thought the pricing was per cabana, like the alcoves on S class.

We booked one last week for our Feb 3 sailing.  Make sure to check under dining.
