You can buy it now and cancel / reorder if you see a lower price.  I believe you can cancel for a full refund up to 3 days before the cruise.

Host Clarea always has given sound advice and it is always very timely !   Thank you Host Clarea and Merry Christmas & Happy New Year !   When and Where is your next cruise ?

Officially, everyone over 6 in the cabin must buy, but in my planner it allowed only one to buy.

So what good is that.......others in your party won't have the key symbol on their sea pass.

If one mainly gets the Key for the Flowrider for one person and don't need a two device VOOM package, no need to buy for both cabin occupants.

How about getting into shows all together? off the ship together early at the ports, embarkation lunch at Chops Grille,  Priority port of call debarkation, Choice debarkation with exclusive A La Carte breakfast from 6:30 am – 9:00 am.

Going to a show without having to reserve it months ahead of time not really knowing what your schedule for dining looks like and having to plan so far ahead is a pain....Heck you may not even feel like going on the night you reserve...........This way if you feel like going to a show you can show up 10 minutes before it starts and will get a good seat...........Just walk in and be seated and not have to show up 45 minutes before the show in hopes of getting a half decent seat.

This makes a vacation  feel more like a vacation since everything isn't preplanned and having a schedule to keep up with. Thats a real pain!

This is exactly why I bought The Key for all of us (7 ppl, 3 cabins) for our upcoming cruise in April. The change to “no reservation required” decided it for me.
